We do not in any way guarantee that the member profiles on our site are accurate or reliable. We do not vouch for the character of any member on our website. By using the Website you agree to take complete responsibility for absolutely any outcome which may arise from contacting, meeting, hiring or interacting in any way with any person via either our Website or via any communication which originates from our servers. We are not an agency. By 'member' we mean any website user who has created a profile on our website. 'Professional Membership' is not an indication that the Website vouches for the character of any particular member or the accuracy of their profile.

WEBSITE VISITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions are applicable to the Website visitors in addition to the General Terms and Conditions above:
PAYMENTS
OrganProfiles.com collects yearly subscription payments from members who have opted for our 'Professional Membership' service. We make every effort to make our billing system as fair and transparent as possible. Please note the following important points regarding subscription payments at OrganProfiles.com:
- Members are billed on a yearly basis until they choose to cancel their subscription.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to 'Edit Profile', then to 'Manage Professional Membership Subscription'. From here, follow the simple steps to confirm cancellation. Alternatively you can cancel by contacting
us via our Contact Form.
- You will be reminded of pending payments by email at least one week before each payment is due.
- Payments will appear on your statement as pwebpay.com.
- You are entitled to a complete refund up to 14 days after having made a payment if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND ANTI-SPAM POLICY
We never share your email address with any third party. We never spam. As a member of OrganProfiles.com, you will only ever receive emails directly from our web server.
You will only be emailed under the following circumstances:
- If you request an email by performing a specific type of action on OrganProfiles.com.
- If you contact us.
- If a OrganProfiles.com user contacts you via the 'Send Message' facility.
- If a change to your account or subscription status occurs or is imminent, and we need to send a reminder or alert.
- If there are significant new services or features being introduced at OrganProfiles.com.
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION
If you decide to deactivate your account, then you will receive no more communications from OrganProfiles.com or its administrators.
To deactivate your account, first login. If you have forgotten your password then you can reset it by navigating to OrganProfiles.com/forgotten
Once logged in, click on the 'Deactivate Account' link at the bottom of the 'Edit Profile' page, or go directly to OrganProfiles.com/deactivate
Click 'Deactivate Account', then at the prompt click 'CONFIRM ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION'. Upon clicking this, you will be logged out and your profile and all associated media will no longer be visible to the public. You will no longer be able to receive communications via the website.
Important Note: Deactivating your account does not cancel your yearly payment subscription if you have purchased one. To cancel your yearly payment you must go to the subscription management page.
PRIVACY
When you view our Website we do not collect any personal information that could identify you. Our server collects generic information about your pathway through our site and assigns it to your IP address. This information is used to analyse general patterns of Website use. We do not identify individuals using this information.
If you complete an online feedback form or contact us via email we might ask that you provide your name and email address. This information is held in a database. We will only use this address to provide feedback on your specific enquiry.
RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS
All members of OrganProfiles.com are obliged to abide by these terms and conditions. Member accounts may be suspended or deleted for any inappropriate use including but not limited to the following:
- Misrepresentation of identity.
- Use of account for sending spam or other mass email.
- Uploading of offensive or inappropriate media.
- Breach of applicable copyright laws.

If you use the 'Send Message' facility to contact our members, you must not use it in conjunction with any tool other than a standard web browser, and must not employ any kind of software or human-based automation. By using the 'Send Message' facility you take full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from any subsequent interaction with the member which may follow.
ADVERTISEMENTS
Purchasers of advertisements or listings on our OrganProfiles.com agree that they will not create adverts specifically for the purpose of advertising their website. We reserve the right to place the 'nofollow' attribute on any links which may be placed by advertisers, paid or otherwise.
