23 yrs. as Director and Principal Organist at St. Anthony's RC Church in Fredonia NY, Began work on Music Degree for Organ, Finished the Organ portion, then became pregnant w/ my 3d child. Took workshops through Catholic Musicians Guild and National Pastoral Musical Programs; including: Cantors Workshop, Directors Workshop, Organ Workshop, Liturgy Workshop, Organist Workshop, National Pastoral Musicians Guild Workshop held yearly, with many workshops within the week long program. I have worked w/ adult, teen, youth, and children's choirs, as well as cantors. Have worked within parish life to bring the word of God to the people through the use of music, the oldest form of prayer, music. I have also recently become involved in much more contemorary music with the teens and youth groups who seem to grasp this genre and make it thier own, and take the music to a new level adding a new mix, inviting the older generation to embrace it as well- they seem to love it as well.
