I have been an organist for 50 years, and I am currently the full-time Director of Music for St Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in Roseville, MI. I have also worked as a part-time and substitute organist in Roman Catholic, Lutheran, and Episcopal churches in the NE suburbs of Detroit, MI when schedules permit for the past several years. I am also a brass instrumentalist, majoring on trombone, and play euphonium/baritone horn, tuba, trumpet and flugelhorn as well. I also play the mandolin and electric bass. I retired from the music education classroom in January 2011 after 30 years of service in public education.
