I have studied piano and organ since I was eight years of age. I continued my studies in college, as well as out of college. I am the Senior Organist for Fellowship Chapel Church in Bristol Virginia and have served in that capacity for 25 years. I also serve as staff organist for Akard Funeral Home in Bristol as well. I have been a featured soloist in "Pipes" at the Virginia Highlands Festival in Abingdon Virginia. I have played various organs throughout the Bristol area and have done weddings at the King College Memorial Chapel, First Presbyterian Church, Central Christian Church, Abingdon United Methodist Church, Reynolds Memorial United Methodist Church, Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, as well as my home church, Fellowship Chapel. Professionally, I am a Crime Prevention Specialist and work in local law enforcement. Music has been a part of my life that I love greatly and enjoy doing. I studied locally under Marguerite Branson and JoAnn Feazell. I have also attended seminars presented by Harold DeCou and Dr. Diane Bish.
