Michael Olson is the Minister of Music at First Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND and has been employed at that church since May 1985. He received a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a Master of Music degree in Organ Performance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He is a native of Omaha, NE. His organ teachers have been Roger Arnold at First Central Congregational Church in Omaha, NE; Ruth Berge at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN; Robert Anderson at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He has studied piano with Alice Davis Berryman in Omaha and with John Metz in Moorhead. He has studied harpsichord with John Metz in Moorhead and with Larry Palmer in Dallas.
