Retired Anglican clergyman and musician, now working as a composer specialising in organ and choral/vocal music. Also enjoys recital playing. Studied originally as a pianist, achieving ABSM and ARCM diplomas in 1973. Studied organ in the '90s with Stephen Layton, Anne Marsden Thomas, Gerard Brooks, and currently Kevin Bowyer. Kevin has recorded 3 CDs of my organ music, at Blackburn Cathedral and Glasgow University Chapel. Very open to requests for new organ music and recitals. Married with a son and daughter. Enjoys hillwalking, vintage and contemporary films, reading, football and cats.
